We aim to process & dispatch within 48 hours however this may be longer if items need to be made. We typically ship with Royal Mail or DHL, depending on the order size & value. If a parcel is returned with failed delivery attempts, the cost to dispatch again is the responsibility of the customer. 'Safe place' instructions are accepted & are at the customers own risk.

Orders can be collected free of charge from our Sevenoaks & Tunbridge Wells collection points by appointment. We also deliver in Sevenoaks, Orpington & Tunbridge Wells (£10 minimum spend, see our map below for details). If you are not home we can leave the order in your chosen safe place or try a neighbour. If there is no alternative it will return with us where it can be collected.

Due to popular demand, we now offer a service to the USA, Australia & Republic of Ireland on limited weights. If your order exceeds this, you will be invited to contact us at the checkout for a custom quote. We can also quote for a country not listed, just contact us. Customers are responsible for any local taxes & customs charges.

You can enter a different shipping address to your billing address at the checkout. If the recipient name and address is different to the billing details we will automatically assume that the item is a gift & will not pack any price or order information in your parcel.

Send your empty jars back to us for a discounted refill! Simply bring or post your empties to 17 Barnfield Crescent, Kemsing TN15 6SE, or drop them off to our stall at any event we attend. Then head to the recycle program to order your refills at a discounted price.

Our Candle Club Subscriptions use Square or Paypal. Subscriptions can be managed at any time. Orders are dispatched within 48 hours of receiving payment. Please let us know if you have a suggestion for our Candle Club or would like anything specific in your next package.

Orders can be cancelled or changed at any time up until it's dispatch which is usually 24-48 hours. Email us with your order number as soon as possible. If you wish to cancel your order after it has been dispatched, it will have to be treated as a return. If an item is unsuitable or arrives damaged, please email us with your order number & post the items to 17 Barnfield Crescent, Kemsing TN15 6SE. We accept returns for exchange or refund within 14 days of receipt. Customers are responsible for return costs on unsuitable items & they must be in their original condition; please obtain proof of posting. If your order does not arrive within 10 days or is damaged upon arrival, please let us know (sending a photo of the damage) & we will investigate. Alternatively, you can bring your items back to one of our events.

We use Stripe & and PayPal to process secure transactions, which means that we do not receive your card/account details. We take privacy seriously & do not sell or give details to third parties. We occasionally send emails with special offers & new products. You can opt in at the checkout & manage your subscription at any time. We carry card machines at events which accept all major credit & debit cards. Receipts can be sent to you but your details are not kept on file.
