Order Processing and Delivery: Items
are packed securely and sent via Royal Mail or courier, depending on
the order weight. Where possible, we dispatch within 48 hours
of processing orders, however it can take a little longer if items need to be made. We normally process orders Tuesday - Saturday each week. Please ensure that there
is someone at the shipping address as a signature
may be required. If a parcel is returned with failed
delivery attempts, the cost to dispatch again are the responsibility of
the customer. Instructions to leave a parcel in a safe place are accepted but at
the customers own risk.
Local Orders (Sevenoaks & surrounding villages): Orders can be collected free of charge, we also offer free delivery within this radius on orders over £10. Deliveries
will be attempted once and if there is no answer we can leave in your designated safe place or try a neighbour. If there is no alternative it
will return to us where it can be collected. Visitors are welcome to our home for viewings or collections by appointment
only, please contact us to arrange.
In a Hurry?: Most
items are dispatched by 2-5 day courier or Royal Mail 2nd Class. If you
are in a hurry to receive your parcel please let us know and we will quote faster options. Providing that the items you need are in stock we can rush
your order to dispatch within 24 hours.
aim to keep postage costs to a minimum which means
they may fluctuate as postal services make their own alterations. Our
UK prices are reflective of the current Royal Mail 2nd Class service
plus packaging costs.
International Delivery: Due
to popular demand, we now offer a service to the USA, Australia &
Republic of Ireland on limited weights. If your order exceeds the weight or value in the grid below, pop us an email and we'll quote accordingly.
Candle Club: Our
Candle Club Subscriptions use Paypal and can be cancelled & amended
at any time. Orders are dispatched within 48 hours of receiving payment. Please let us know if you have a suggestion
for our Candle Club or would like anything specific in your next
Payment & Privacy: We use Paypal to secure transactions, which means that we do not receive your card/account details.
You do not need a Paypal account to purchase, as long
as you have a valid Credit or Debit card you can make payment using Paypal as a guest. We take privacy seriously and will do not sell or pass
details to third parties. We occasionally send emails with special
offers and new products however you can subscribe from these at any time. We carry card machines at
events which accept all major credit & debit cards. Receipts can be sent to you but your details are not kept on file.
Cancellations & Amendments: Orders can be cancelled or changed at any time up until it's dispatch which is usually 24-48 hours. Email
us with your order number as soon as possible. If you wish to cancel
your order after it has been dispatched, it will be treated as a return.
Returns: If you need to return a damaged or unsuitable item, please email us with your order number and post the items to 30 Swanzy Road,
Sevenoaks, Kent TN14 5EE. We accept returns within 14 days of receipt to
be issued with a replacement or refund. Buyers are responsible for
return costs on unsuitable items; please obtain proof of posting. All
items must be in their original condition. If your item does not arrive
within 10 days or is damaged upon arrival, please let us know (sending a
photo of the damage if you can) and we'll do what we can to
investigate. Alternatively, you can bring your item back to one of our events.
Customs and taxes: We accept no responsibility for local taxes and/or customs charges.
